Where are you located? Where do your products come from?

We are located in Burbank, California.  Our items are printed and drop shipped to you from different printing companies all across the United States. This is how we get the items out to you quickly. Production and fulfillment time frames vary and you should receive your items 6  to 10 days after placing your order.  This online store, its concept and products, are created to specifically cater to all Kalachuchi lovers. We currently serve only the United States but plan on serving our Kalachuchi friends all over the world very soon!

What is your Refund Policy?                    

You have 5 business days to request a refund of the item if you are not satisfied with it. If 5 business days have gone by since you received your item, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Can I still cancel my order?

Again, since each item is created and drop shipped from a warehouse,  we do not cancel orders if the printing and fulfillment of the items in the order have already started (usually 24 to 48 hours after the order is placed). Send us an email at perfectkalachuchi@gmail.com so that we can check the status of the order for you.

 

My item is damaged. How do I report a problem with my order?

If your order arrives damaged or if there are issues with the print, please send a photo of the damaged goods along with the details to perfectkalachuchi@gmail.com. We'll gladly send a replacement of damaged goods or misprint.

 

What if I ordered the wrong size?

Children/Babies: We will not refund or exchange size for children/baby clothing. 

Adults: We do not refund orders or exchange items due to incorrect size ordered. A new order, at the customer's expense, would need to be placed for the updated size. If you reach out to us within 5 business days of receiving your order, we may refund you the price of the incorrect sized item. Send a request now to perfectkalachuchi@gmail.com

No need to return the wrong sized item, please share, gift or donate your item to someone who can use it and help us promote the business. YOU MUST USE THE SAME EMAIL AND SHIPPING ADDRESS of previous order to qualify for a refund. We reserve the right to nullify/cancel exchange requests if we suspect abuse of this policy. 

I used the wrong shipping address. How can I fix this?

If you discover you have entered the incorrect shipping address, please email us: perfectkalachuchi@gmail.com. If it’s still early, we can either correct the shipping address or cancel the order. 

Orders transmit directly and quickly to our fulfillment center, a company we selected (in part) because of their fast turnaround...which means that we can't always catch the order before it ships.

If your package has already started fulfillment, we will give you further instruction. 

 

Do you sell on Etsy?

Yes, we do have an Etsy store.  Yes, pricing reflected on the Etsy store looks cheaper, however if you compare the final pricing between Etsy and perfectkalachuchi.com, you should get the same deal.  You can choose to order from either site. You will still get the same quality and the same product as all orders go directly to the same printers for fulfillment.

Do you personalize items? 

Please send the details of your request to perfectkalachuchi@gmail.com (Subject: Custom Order) and we'll get back to you within 24 hours. No exchanges or returns on personalized items.  Please double check all details of your order. 

What is your return address?

Do not return to the address posted on the shipping label. For approved returns, please ship items to: 230 North Lima St; Burbank, California 91505-3509 IMPORTANT: Please wait for our confirmation before shipping products to our return address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs.

Do you have a physical store?
We do not have any physical stores at the moment. Our products can only be ordered at www.perfectkalachuchi.com and https://www.etsy.com/shop/PerfectKalachuchi
